This drive-In speaker came from the United Drive-In theatres, they operated drive-in theatres in 8 states (OH, IL, MI, NY, PA, MI, IN and IA) from 1955 and finally closing in 1983.
This is speaker is engraved with the United drive-in theatres name and manufactured by the Reed Speaker Company, Golden, Colorado.
