Omni Corporation now brings you the U25-S-05 whole house water filter with a built-in by-pass and shut-off valve that allows you to turn on and off the incoming water. This is especially useful while changing your cartridges, the average cartridge life being 3 months or 15,000 gallons. The water filtration system is ideal for use in homes with 3/4" incoming water line. The cartridge of this home water filter reduces sediment, sand, dirt, and rust particles and gives a cleaner, clearer, better-tasting water for the whole house. This water filter extends the life of your other water-using equipment, such as water heaters, dishwashers, and other appliances allowing them to operate more efficiently, thus saving money and energy and making it the best water filter for your home. This water filtration package includes an automatic pressure release valve, T01 single pack or double pack cartridges, an on-off-bypass valve-in-head design, a multi-purpose wrench, and installation hardware. Replacements are O ring OK25 and OW2 wrench.
