I assembled this set brand new from the box on Christmas day. The only thing I did not like which is an easy fix was the upper window on the backside of the house, in my opinion it could use a tan piece, I added a white piece because I did not have any tan left and this was the way the directions told me to put it together. Everything is 100% complete with instructions, This set will be mailed broken back down (really sad because it took like 3 hours to build lol)
